The Golden Scissors is a barbershop in Linz that needed a professional and functional online presence to manage bookings and customer interactions. I developed a custom WordPress site, incorporating an appointment booking system powered by Booknetic. To enhance the booking process, I integrated Twilio for automated SMS notifications, which send booking confirmations and reminders to clients.

In addition to developing the site, I was responsible for web hosting management and optimizing the website for performance, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience. The site is fully responsive, providing an intuitive interface across all devices, from desktops to smartphones.

Throughout the project, I worked closely with the client to tailor the design and functionality to their needs. This included selecting an appropriate aesthetic, ensuring ease of use for both clients and staff, and refining the booking flow for maximum efficiency. The result was a website that not only streamlined bookings but also enhanced overall customer engagement, playing a crucial role in improving the barbershop’s digital presence.
