SpotHopper is a location-based recommendation app co-developed with Teodor Branković. I focused on the frontend, utilizing SwiftUI to create an intuitive interface, while Teodor handled the backend, integrating Firebase for real-time data management. The app delivers personalized venue suggestions, encouraging users to explore new spots every day.

As part of my Bachelor's thesis, titled "Data-Driven Personalization: Optimizing Recommendations in Mobile Applications through Machine Learning and User Feedback," we are working to enhance the app's recommendation system through machine learning, providing users with highly tailored suggestions. We aim to release SpotHopper on the App Store in 2025 and continue refining it to make it a standout tool for personalized discovery. The project has been an invaluable learning experience, allowing me to deepen my expertise in mobile development, data handling, and personalization strategies.
